We aim to have your sign manufactured and shipped within 3 working days of receiving your order, but like to say 3-7 to be on the safe side and this depends heavily on many factors; such as whether you approve any digital proof provided in a timely manner. We will always communicate with you if manufacturing your order is delayed beyond 5 working days. Please take into account weekends and public holidays.

FREE- For orders of £25 or Over

If you live in a remote postcode and your order contains any item over 42cm then there may be an additional cost based on your post code and package size. 

£4.75 - For all orders under £25

On all orders under £25 as long as the delivery postcode is in the UK there are no extra geographical surcharges. 

Standard off-the-shelf items:
For standard off-the-shelf products you will have 14 days after receipt of your package to return the items for a full refund, there are however very few of these items on our website as we are all about indivdually crafted and most of our products are made-to-order.

Made-to-order & Personalised Items: Unfortunately products that are made-to-order or personalised based on your requirements cannot be returned, unless they have arrived damaged. 
Please inform us within 12 hours of receipt of a personalised item that has arrived damaged and we'll work with you, to either get another item sent or your money refunded. After 12 hours of the package being received, we may decline a return or refund.
