Returns
Our returns policy is divided into two distinct parts based on the level of customisation of each product.

1. CUSTOM PRODUCT- No returns 
Any product that is considered custom or personalised cannot be returned.

By nature of many of the products that we sell, our products generally are custom-made at the purchaser's request with details that are specific to the individual purchaser or business entity. Such products cannot be resold by Inspired Signs UK to any other individual or entity. This means that such products are exempt from the 14-day returns policy and cannot be returned after purchase and no refund will be offered.

A product will be considered custom when any of the following are applicable;
a. The product contains information as inputted by the purchaser, such as; house names, business names, house numbers or individualised or personalised wording.
b. The product is manufactured specifically based on a combination of preferences or choices made by the purchaser; such as colour, size, shape, materials and finish

2. NON CUSTOM PRODUCTS - 14 day returns
Any eligible product that is not considered personalised or customised is eligible.

We have a general 14-day return policy for non customised products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a completely resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Cost of returning your parcel
Inspired Signs UK will NOT cover the cost of returning your items. Any and all costs involved in returning an item to us is the sole responsibilty of the person wishing to make the return.

Other Exceptions to the 14 day returns policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you tell us of a defect or damage after 12 hours of receipt we may consider the damage to have taken place after receipt of the parcel, which may invalidate your claim to an exchange or refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
