£4.75 for all orders under £25
Free for all orders £25 and over

Delivery Services
We use Royal Mail second class services for all parcels within the size limit. Parcels that exceed the Royal Mail size limit will be dispatched with another national courier. We commonly use TNT (FedEx) or DX. When an item is dispatched with TNT or DX it will be with a next day service, however, delivery next day is not guaranteed.

Order Fulfilment Times
We aim to have all orders for customised items despatched with 3-5 working days from the date we receive an order. However, during busy times the fulfilment time may be extended to 7 working days. You will receive a notification when your order is dispatched.

Any estimation of a delivery day is provided as a guide only.  We cannot guarantee that an item will be received on a particular day or at a particular time.

Receiving your parcel
We send our parcels with as much traceability as possible. Dependant on provider, this may mean that somebody has to sign for the parcel and it cannot be left unattended at an address.
